Do I have to assemble it?
Some pieces arrive ready to use and some need assembling. Each product page says which, under Delivery in the specifications.
How long will delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched from our NSW warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Delivery is calculated by postcode at checkout.
What if it doesn't suit my room?
You can return it for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and you cover return freight. Please email us for a return authorisation before sending anything back. Final Sale and Clearance items can't be returned for change of mind.
What does the warranty cover?
Every piece has a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
