Trade and commercial

For the projects with your name on them.

Trade pricing, full specifications, and delivery booked to site. For designers, builders and commercial projects across Australia.

Who it is for

An account, not a discount code.

If you buy furniture for other people to live or work in, this is the door. There is no minimum to open it and nothing to pay for it, and the rate applies from the first order rather than from the day you have spent enough to earn it.

  • Interior designers

Swatches to the studio rather than to the client, specification sheets you can paste into a schedule, and a second opinion on whether a piece will take the use it is being put to.

  • Architects and specifiers

Dimensions, clearances, packed sizes and finishes in writing and early enough to draw against, so a piece is chosen before the joinery is set rather than after.

  • Property stylists

The short lead times on the range, delivery windows that fit a campaign rather than a warehouse, and pieces that photograph the way the sample did.

  • Builders and developers

Repeat quantities across apartments on one order, delivered in tranches to the floor as they are handed over, against one invoice per delivery.

  • Hospitality and commercial fitout

A straight answer on which frames are rated for contract use before you specify them, and which are not. It is the question this page is most often asked.

  • Procurement and facilities

Quotes that hold for a month, one contact who answers, and replacement parts kept for the frames you have already bought.

15% off, and the three things that matter more.

A rate on its own is a spreadsheet line. What decides whether a piece makes it into a schedule is knowing the seat height before you draw it, and knowing the date before you promise it.

Trade price from the first order
15% off list across the range from the day the account opens, with no minimum to hold it, moving to 20% past $30,000 in a rolling twelve months. A single project larger than that is quoted on the project instead.
One person on the account
A name and a direct line, not a queue and not a shared inbox. The same person quotes the project, chases the container and tells you when a lead time has moved.
Specifications before you specify
Dimensions, seat heights, frame and fill, finish, weight and carton sizes, in writing and ahead of the order. Swatches go to your studio rather than to the client.
Delivery booked to the site
A date and a window rather than a tracking number, staged across a build where that is what the program needs. Packaging goes away with the crew.

The detail

What you would otherwise have to ask for.

The numbers below are the ones this site already publishes, said once more in the order a project needs them. The commercial warranty line is the one to read before you specify anything for a room the public sits in.

Price and payment

The rate
15% off list from the first order, 20% once the account has placed $30,000 in a rolling twelve months. The tier moves on its own; you do not have to ask.
Sale pieces
You pay the lower of the two prices, never both. Trade price and a promotion do not stack, and the price list says which pieces are currently reduced.
Quotes and invoices
Prices include GST, with an ex-GST column on any quote written for a schedule. A quote holds for 30 days, and one delivery is one invoice however many pieces are on it.

Ordering and lead times

Order to doorstep
6 to 11 business days to metropolitan addresses, 13 to 19 to regional. Business days rather than a calendar date, which would be a promise about one address on one day.
Back orders
The product page carries the week a piece is due back before you order it, and you are told again in writing if that week moves. Nothing is quietly rescheduled.
Freight
Included above $500, which most trade orders clear on the first line. Staged, out-of-hours and site deliveries are quoted per project before the order goes in.

How it arrives

Assembled or flat
Sofas and armchairs arrive assembled with the legs off and are fitted in the room. Tables and plinths arrive flat with the hardware already fitted.
Access, before the truck
Every product page lists the packed size as well as the finished one, so a stairwell, a lift car or a doorway is settled at specification rather than on the day.
Staged to a program
A build can take one order in tranches, floor by floor as they are handed over. Dates are set with your contact rather than by the carrier's next available run.

Cover and returns

Five years, in a home
Frames and joinery, against failure in normal domestic use: a joint that opens, a spring that goes, a runner that seizes, a finish that lifts where it has not been abused.
Commercial use is different
The warranty covers a piece in a contract setting only where its product page rates it for one. Ask before you specify and you get a straight yes or no, not a hedge.
If something is wrong
Faults, transit damage and missing parts are reported through the same service request the retail side uses, and they cost you nothing. Change of mind runs on the published returns policy.

The account is held against the ABN rather than against a person, so it follows the practice rather than whoever placed the last order. Trade pricing changes what a piece costs and nothing else: it does not touch the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and where this page and the published policies disagree, the policies win.

How it runs

A week, give or take.

Nothing here is automated and nothing here is instant. An application is read by a person, and the call afterwards is what makes the price list worth having.

  1. You send the form

Business name, ABN, what you work on and roughly what a project spends. It takes about four minutes and there is nothing to sign at this point.

  2. We check the ABN and call you

Inside three business days. The call is short and it is mostly us asking what you have coming up, so the price list you get back is for the pieces you will actually specify.

  3. The account opens

Trade pricing on your logged-in account, the price list as a PDF for your own schedules, and a first order whenever you are ready to place one.

Before you start

Have these to hand.

Your ABN
Eleven digits, from an invoice or from ABN Lookup. It is the one field we check before anything else happens.
A link to your work
A website, an Instagram account or a portfolio PDF on a shared drive. A recent job is worth more here than a list of services.
A rough project budget
What the furniture line on a typical job comes to, not the build. A range is fine, and it decides which price list you get.

The business

The account is held against the ABN, so this is the part that has to match your invoices.

Eleven digits. Spaces are fine.

A site, an Instagram account or a link to a PDF. A recent job tells us more than a list of services.

Who we speak to

One name, and it does not have to be the person who signs things.

The first reply is a call.

The work

These two answers decide which price list comes back, so they are worth a moment.

The furniture line, not the build. A rough band is all we need.

A current job, when it needs to land, and anything you are looking for that is not on the site yet. It is the part of the form that makes the call worth having.

Where you work

Enough to work out the delivery zone. We take the full billing address once the account is open.

Nothing to attach

If your portfolio is a file rather than a link, send this first and reply to our email with the file on it. The application does not wait on it.

This opens your email app with the application filled in.

Wrong door

What this page is not.

Two ways of arriving here by mistake. Both have somewhere faster to be, and neither of them is this form.

One piece, for your own house
None of this applies and you do not need any of it. There is no trade version of the catalogue and no piece held back for it: the range is the same range either way, and contact answers a question in a business day.
Something wrong with a piece you already have
Trade orders go through the same door as everything else, and an open account does not change the queue. A service request reaches the people who fix it several days faster than this form reaches anyone.
