Shipping and delivery

What delivery costs, how long it takes, and what happens when something arrives damaged.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Australia, including regional and remote addresses. We do not ship outside Australia at this time.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Furniture is sent by carriers who need a street address and someone able to receive it.
What it costs
Orders over $500 ship free anywhere in Australia. Below that, delivery is calculated at checkout based on the size of the item and where it is going, and the figure you see before paying is the figure you pay.
Larger items may attract a surcharge to remote postcodes. Where that applies it is shown at checkout, not added afterwards.
How long it takes
Orders are passed to the supplier within one business day and generally leave their warehouse within two to three business days.
From there, allow three to seven business days to metropolitan addresses and up to three weeks to regional and remote areas. Made-to-order pieces state their own lead time on the product page, and that time runs before dispatch, not after.
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If a delivery is running materially late, tell us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
Delivery itself
Standard delivery is to your door or the ground-floor entrance of an apartment building. It does not include carrying items upstairs, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging unless the product page says otherwise.
Please measure your access — doorways, stairwells, lifts and corners — before ordering. A delivery that cannot be completed because the item does not fit is treated as a change of mind under our returns policy, and the return freight is payable by you.
Damage in transit
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, photograph it before disposing of the packaging and contact us within seven days of delivery.
Transit damage is our problem to solve, not yours. We will arrange a replacement, a repair or a refund at no cost to you, and we will not ask you to deal with the carrier.
