Better in person than in the photos

Ordered on a Tuesday and it was in the room by the following Wednesday. The bouclé is denser than I expected from the pictures, and the oak has more figure in it. Two of us carried it up a narrow stairwell without drama.

The seat has held its shape

Six months in and it still comes back after you get up, which was not true of the last chair we owned. It did soften over the first fortnight, which the product page warned about, so that was expected rather than alarming.

No complaints about the piece at all. One star off for me not measuring properly. It cleared our doorway by about a centimetre and I would not have wanted it any wider. Check the packed dimensions before you order.
